The revolution is made by romantics, and scoundrels enjoy its fruits

The revolution is made by romantics, and scoundrels enjoy its fruits

I wouldn’t like to start my speech with a hackneyed quote, but the revolution is really made by romantics, and the scoundrels enjoy its fruits. The world has seen confirmation of this once again.

Maidan raised many questions. Because besides deaths and fires on the Maidan there were and are many contradictions. And here are the ones.

They held the Maidan under the slogan “Remember, stranger, here is a Ukrainian ruler!”

1. If the new government is legitimate as a representative of the people who have exercised their right to self-determination, then what kind of people are we talking about? About Ukrainians as Eastern Slavs? But excuse me, the Galicians in Maidan in no way, apart from the three sections of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, are related to the Slavic Ukrainians. (Let’s ignore for now the fact that Armenians and Georgians were seen with Bandera flags.) Well, they would have self-determined in Lvov. And now, since they burned and destroyed half of Kyiv, after which they began to abuse the Ukrainians, we can talk about the genocide of the Slavic Ukrainians by the Galicians. And a violent seizure of power. This is not about self-determination of the people, but exactly the opposite - about the violent seizure of power from the indigenous population, about aggression towards Ukrainians.

2. If the ruler is Ukrainian, and everything that is happening is a national liberation movement, then how to explain the incident with the language. Why, in the very first days, as if everything was fine and there were no more important problems, was it announced the transition to the Latin alphabet? Is the Galician-Catholic Latin alphabet alien to the Orthodox Slavs and Ukrainians? And after this, will anyone else dare to deny the genocide of Ukrainians on Ukrainian soil!?

Now let us remember the fact that Georgians, Armenians and people of various other nationalities who had little ethnic commonality with Ukrainians were seen with Bandera flags. That is, you can speak Armenian, Georgian, Yiddish (or for now you can), but you can’t speak Russian and you can’t write in Cyrillic either?

3. If the ruler is Ukrainian and everything was done for this, people died for this, then why did Yatsenyuk, in a scarf and glasses a la a European gay, speak in English in his first interview? Did the Ukrainian Lord speak the language of his real master? To whom, in fact, I immediately turned for instructions.

4. So, what did the sovereign people achieve when they stood up for a better life? Reduction of measures of social support and protection, privatization of subsoil and land. Not nationalization, no. Now let’s think about whether a Ukrainian who earns money on construction sites in Russia will be able to buy himself a piece of his native Ukraine? This means that again there will be what they fought for - land and subsoil for rich foreigners and oligarchs, pitiful pennies for the proletariat, small tent business for the Ukrainian national bourgeoisie. But you can’t go to Russia to earn money, they won’t let you out. You have been declared a Euro-slave, Ukrainian ruler!

5. I peer into the faces of the killed - their photos are easy to find on social networks... Among them there are many who truly and passionately loved Ukraine, who wanted it to be a prosperous land, as before. Kind faces, smart eyes, open eyes, warm hearts - too good, too honest... probably these were those who would not remain silent, who would say that the current state of affairs and the vector of movement of Ukraine is not at all what They were starting a Maidan, which was not at all what they wanted, what they believed in, what they died for. And maybe that's why they were killed. A sniper. They were in the thick of people, but the sniper did not target the entire crowd. He could have, but he didn't. He needed a mass of rebels, but not individual people?

6. By the way, well-known nationalists who are proud - what a coincidence - of a rich rifle arsenal are alive, well and... silent. Well, the nationalists are not at all offended by the violation of national interests!

8. If even such dubious self-determination is allowed to Galicians, why is it not allowed to Crimeans?

9. Why was it necessary to demolish the monuments to Lenin? After all, if it weren’t for him, Little Russia, Courland, Livonia and Estland would have been part of the Russian Empire.

10. If the self-determining gentlemen hate Russia and everything Russian so much, then don’t they want to be consistent and return to Russia all those lands that the hated Russian army obtained for them with their blood in the 18th century and was defended in the 20th by the hated army of Soviet usurpers?

Perhaps someday these issues and contradictions will be resolved and the people will get their better life, for which they once again fought and died.

In the meantime... The revolution is made by romantics, and scoundrels enjoy its fruits.

“These are the leaders of the revolution.” This is how Yuri Karaev commented on the video from Roman Protasevich’s phone

News of Belarus. Confessions, insights, facts and a frank situation after Roman Protasevich’s televised confession formed the basis of the discussion on the “Essentially” talk show. Political scientists, lawyers, deputies, experts and psychoanalysis specialists gathered live with Kirill Kazakov and Alena Syrova.

“We don’t have a street, we don’t have one and never will.” Read the most important interview with Roman Protasevich here .

Kirill Kazakov, general director of STV: This is the video that operatives seized from Roman Protasevich’s phone. A video that, in principle, was not intended to be shown to the general public. This is the evening when people in Belarus gathered in the square near the stele. Night from 9 to 10 August.

– A revolution begins in Belarus. What's happening? Here we have Styopka sitting with the phone and calling Zybitskaya Brest, here we have Yan’s socks scattered, and Yanchik himself in shorts. Yanchik, your comment on today's shift? - Here is my comment. Today is Alexandra. – Today Yanchik chose revolution over Alexandra.

Alena Syrova, STV: Inga, what can you say about the people in this video? About their behavior?

Inga Sechko, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, profiling specialist, senior lecturer at the Department of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus: The guys don’t understand that they are playing with people’s destinies. For them it's just a game. This is such an infantile attitude towards a fun situation. Well, socks are scattered, well, you can sit in your shorts.

Kirill Kazakov: They are starting a revolution. At the moment when their supposed supporters come out against the riot police in the square in Minsk, they sit and have fun.

Inga Sechko: Because they are at a distance, they don’t see it, they don’t participate in it. They just seem to be playing, they see the game on the monitor screen, and they just play it. That is, the fate of the country is being decided...

Kirill Kazakov: Yuri Khadzhimuratovich, was this a game on the night of August 9-10? Was it as much fun as it was on the screen?

Yuri Karaev, Assistant to the President - Inspector for the Grodno Region: It was not a game. Look at their faces, these players. It is very serious. These people came out, as I say, to mess around a little on the street. They play, as it seems to them, at revolutionaries. And the fact that they can destroy the country, the state, the lives of people, including their own. I don’t know where they all work, but it all depends on the order that exists in the state. Half of them would lose their jobs, a quiet life, and maybe running water, sewerage, a peaceful sky and the normal order of things. What are they thinking? That the chaos they create will disappear without a trace? And these, among the scattered socks that they boast of, confirm...

Kirill Kazakov: But they don’t even understand what they are doing.

Yuri Karaev: They flaunt it. Confirms that all revolutionaries are chaotic rebels. Basically, these are people who... They have order, as Professor Preobrazhensky said, neither in their heads nor in their apartment. And as our respected psychologist correctly said, they play a computer game at a distance. On the phone they show how tens, in their opinion, thousands of people come out at their commands, at their signals.

Kirill Kazakov: And the fact that the policemen suffer, and the fact that the wives of the policemen suffer, and the fact that even those who contact the policemen suffer.

Yuri Karaev: These are not serious people. Therefore, who will break who, who will crush someone with a shield or immobilize someone’s hand with a stick, or what’s even worse. They are distant, like a pilot who bombs cities and does not see how many people are dying there, burning, and so on. These are the leaders of the revolution. Look at these pictures of them showing off.

Sergei Klishevich, deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus: This picture that we saw, the video, is, in fact, what our clean, beautiful, free, peaceful Belarus could turn into. In such a den together with such leaders. They saw themselves as more than just organizers of the revolution. They saw themselves as the leaders of the country - the “minister of information” sat there, the “minister” of something else. This is what we could have turned our country into today if we had not united together (thanks to law enforcement agencies and all our citizens) and stood firm. Here in such a den, this is a very bright picture. And everyone who wants it today and has some thoughts should show it and watch - is this what you want?

Yuri Karaev: Nobody would let them lead them in the future. Their more serious patrons would have pushed these somewhere. They are needed only in order to break order and those whom they brought onto the streets (even to the point that their bodies were strewn), to break the resistance of law enforcement officers. And there is the fate of those, that of these, that of the families of those who are on their side, the drugged ones, that of law enforcement officers, conscripts, internal troops, riot police, GUBOPiK officers and all police officers - they don’t care.

Sergei Klishevich: Absolutely right, but there is an example from Ukraine, when the same figures created a mess there.

Kirill Kazakov: First year. They were in power for the first year, then they were simply swept away by some other system.

Sergei Klishevich: Absolutely right, they were first given power and then thrown out.

Inga Sechko: Surely you have all heard the historical phrase: the revolution is conceived by romantics, carried out by fanatics, and scoundrels and crooks enjoy its fruits.

New in blogs

There is a law of deterioration of power after revolutions, it goes something like this: revolutions are made by romantics, and scumbags come to power. In Ukraine, in general, a total tragedy occurred - there the revolution was made by Nazi scum, shouting - Muscovites, jumping to chants - whoever doesn’t jump is a Muscovite! As a result, super scoundrels came to power, super scum for whom even being a Nazi is too little. Ghouls have come to Ukraine, bloody unprincipled cynics, cheaters who, for the sake of power, are ready to invent destructive mental algorithms, like computer viruses on the Windows operating system, and convince people that slavery is freedom, that killing children is not always bad, that peace is this is war. In general, they go to great lengths to turn people into idiots, incapable of adequately perceiving the world.

In Ukraine there has always been a problem for adequate people - living in a mental hospital is not a problem, but here a madhouse was originally built, where crazy people had a special privileged place. The rest of the people were deliberately dumbed down, forced to agree with logic that turned their brains inside out. After all, blocking any initiative to give state status to the Russian language, native to the majority, progressive, convenient for Ukraine, and creating the image of an enemy from a strategic, vital partner - Russia - is death for the country. But it was the patriots of Ukraine who were engaged in setting up such political and humanitarian traps and traps.

After the victory of the revolution, Nasty (from Ukrainian into Russian the word “gydnost” is incorrectly translated as “dignity” - in Ukraine, dignity was prohibited even among the heroes of Ukraine, today - first of all, the heroes of Ukraine do not have it), when in this mental hospital Washington The regional committee appointed an incurable psycho to the position of chief physician, and among the employees, including doctors, nurses and orderlies, there were no normal people left, life turned into hell.

Unfortunately, this is a historical inevitability. A person cannot remain normal if he has internally accepted the logic that he cannot be Russian because the Russians took away this family name from him, and the name Rus from his native country, leaving in return the names Ukrainian and Ukraine, and therefore he should be proud of his names Ukrainian and Ukraine and for this hate their mortal enemies the Russians, from whom all evil stems. Such a country is defenseless against an external aggressor; it is bought for cookies and goes into self-destruction mode.

Politics is not an exact science.

Diplomacy must, as necessary, postpone, prevent or cause war.

The only healthy basis for a great state is state egoism, not romance, and it is unworthy of a great power to fight for a cause that does not concern its own interests.

We cannot make history, we can only wait for it to happen.

Never plot anything against Russia, because it will respond to every cunning of yours with its unpredictable stupidity.

The Russians cannot be defeated, we have been convinced of this for hundreds of years. But Russians can be instilled with false values and then they will defeat themselves.
